Wirefly ripoff dishonest on rebates Largo Maryland
Hi!
I ordered Motorola V3 razar phone from wireless.com
I called them up and I was told that I will be getting $199 back mail in rebates. When I received the phone I didn't get any rebate forms and they even told me that I won't qualify for that. I asked them why they promised me to give the rebate during the time of the purchase. They were so rude to me when I called to customer service. The supervisor told me that "I can't do anything you just need to accept what you got" .
It made me extremely mad. In fact I had called them twice and made sure that the phone was free after rebate. I asked supervisor if she could play back the phone conversation that I had during the time of purchase, but she said No, I wouldn't prefer to do so.
This is the worst thing I ever saw in my life.
I am a poor student and I am ripped off by these people. I hope somebosy can help to get my rebate back.
