I ordered a RAZR phone through Wirefly.com in November. It was a $200 phone with a $200 rebate. The rebate form was supposed to come with the phone. It did not. I went onto the Wirefly website and found the link to the rebate form. When I clicked the link, I received a page not found error. I sent multiple e-mails but they all went unanswered. I even contacted T-Mobile since Wirefly is a reseller of theirs. They ignored me too. Now I am in the middle of disputing the charges with my credit card company. I have since found dozens of complaints against Wirefly and T-Mobile. This is outright fraud!

Wirefly responded with the web page to download the rebate form (and the page actually worked this time). I submitted the rebate form with all of the required documentation. I logged onto their site to see the status of my rebate and there was a comment there stating the UPC sent with the rebate form was not valid. The UPC I sent was a photocopy of the actual box the phone came in. This is their second attempt at not paying the rebate.

I'm sorry you have had issues downloading your rebate forms. We've added additional capacity to the site (http://www.whereismyorder.com) where you can log in and check your order, and where you print out your forms.

Your rebates will not be eligible for another few months since you purchased in November, but I highly recommend visiting the rebate site and getting all your paperwork in order now (minus the dated cell phone bill we'll need) and making copies of the UPC code, etc.

Please let me know if you are still having issues logging in to www.whereismyorder.com.
