Complaint Review: Wirefly Inphonics

I purchased a phone that was suppose to have a rebate. Sent in a copy of everything that was in the box. i had to wait 3 months to send in my receipts for three months of billing. They said my rebate was invalid because a copy of the guide was missing. I replied I didn't receive any and they said well too bad. They purposely left out the guide and made me wait 3 months and said it was too late. They told me they would send me out a copy and made me wait another 2 weeks. I called again and they said it's too late for that. They are the biggest rip offs there is. They never had any intention of sending a rebate.

Please don't ever buy anything from wirefly, they are the most dishonest company I had ever dealt with. They should be ashamed of how they treat their customers. You have to wait on the phone 15 to 20 minutes just to talk to someone. They must have alot of people calling in to complain and then they don,t want to talk to you inless you want to buy a cell phone. They don't want to hear any complaints.
