Wireless 65 Horrible all around San Diego California

I was first told my bill would be cut in half and that has never happeded. Ive been with them since July of 2015. In the beggining, everything was great for a week and then my service was dropped. Took them a day to have it turned back on. The following month, my service was cut off agian for multiple days and they still made me pay the full amount.

This has happened every month since i switched over to them Never once did i comlpain about. One month I asked if I can pay a week later and they said no and gave me excuses that didnt even make sense. As of right now my phone is cutt off and all of their lines are off.

Ive called Craig Owens and he sent me straight to voicemail with a text saying "Cant talk right now". So I text him letting him know my phone is off and asked if i received an email about reactivating my phone. Havent heard from him since. So as of right now i am phoneless and have no way of getting a hold of them.
