I moved 3 Verizon lines to Wireless65 since February until now wireless65 still didn't pay the ETF's which is our agreement. I sent a notarized paperwork that he ( CRAIG OWENS, General Manager )requested twice and he still has not paid the ETF's as to date. I have talk to him numerous time and says the check is the in mail but I never did get a check.

would have not ever change my service and left Verizon but he has sold us on how great his service is and how inexpensive it was to be with wireless65. I'm sorry to say but nothing he has told us is correct! The ETF has never been paid as promise and we get a continuous run around everytime we get a chance to talk to him. Customer service is terrible, they have never return my call to date.
