Wireless Advocates Costco Never received rebate as promised by store promotion Lynnwood Washington
Bought a Samsung S5 on black Friday, november 28th, 2014 with forms that would give a $100 rebate. I frrwarded all of the information including copy of the receipt to the address specified on the forms.
Never received anything from them. Everything was done exactly as they asked.
This certainly is a black mark for Costco and buying from the kiosks that sell the phones.
Shame on them.
