I purchased 3 cell phones 10/14 and returned them on 10/18. I was promised a refund from the manager of $245.60 by mail but I never received it.  A week later, I receive a collections notice from them saying that I owed them $500 for equipment that I never returned. Their paperwork was also backdated and showed that my account activity was for 9/14 instead of 10/14. I tried to email them to dispute but the email address was phony so I had to dispute by mail. Still no refund.  2 weeks later, I get a bill from t-mobile for $40 for upgrading my phones. I told them that since I returned the phones within the 30 days, the contract should be voided. T-mobile tells me that Wireless Champs never made the adjustments and that I never returned the phones. I call Wireless Champs and ask for the corporate office to file a complaint.  The employee there gives me his cell number saying that he was corporate office and thinking that I didn't know it was him. I call him and tell him my problem anyways and he said that he'll fix it.  As for my refund, he said that "He'll look into it."  Corporate office calls me back an hour later and tells me that he called up t-mobile and told them that I returned the phones. To confirm, I call up t-mobile. They tell me that nobody from Wireless Champs ever called to make the adjustments and that I never returned the phones.  I call corporate office back up but this time I put him on conference call with t-mobile but he didn't know. With t-mobile listening in, my account was reversed and everything is back to normal.  I filed a complaint against that store with t-mobile. Bad thing is that I still didn't receive my refund.  But buyers BEWARE!! Manager and employees were all in it together.  Store is a BIG RIP OFF!!
