Company sent wrong size cell phone pouch twice. When contacted the second time, they said to send it back and THEY would determine if the fit was correct and if THEY felt it was, they would send it back and charge me a restocking fee anyway. I told them that I would send the pouch back, and all I wanted was my credit card to be credited the purchase amount, even though I would be out shipping charges TWICE. They said they would not do that until I sent the pouch back, and then they would decide if it fit the phone. According to the supervisor, Leah, she stated her "measurments" showed the phone would fit, even though it literally flops around inside the pouch. This company has had about two dozen complaints with the Houston BBB. Buyer beware! I have filed complaint with the BBB of Houston, my credit card company and intend to with the Texas Attorney General. All this when all they had to do was accept the phone pouch back and credit my account. What ever happened to customer service?
