I ordered and super cantenna (a wi-fi antanae) and an adapter from Wireless Gardens website August 25/10. Order came to $151.97 which included all taxes and shipping. Today's date is October 6/10 and still no items delivered.


They do not answer any of their phones and do not reply to any e-mails requesting a UPS tracking number. To this day I still do not have a tracking number. For all I know, it was never shipped and they just pocketed my money.


I received one call from them around 3 weeks ago after I had e-mailed them to say I would be posting on this site and others about my negative experience. They promised to figure it out and ship my order. Guess what: still nothing. If I had a tracking number, I would at least have a way to track it's movement and know it was sent.


DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY...YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT(s).


*And yes, they do ship to Canada. On their website they have the drop down boxes to select your Canadian provice, postal code, etc.*
