Complaint Review: Wireless Rebate Processing Center

I bought two cell phones on line from one of the popular cell discount sites in Nov 05. I mailed in a total of four rebates on two cell phones in March 06 (after the allotted 3 month waiting period).

I finally received two rebates back October 11, 2006 for one phone. That same day, I received two letters saying they could not pay the other rebate because they did not qualify. My question is why not? The rebates were exactly the same for each phone and I submitted all of the required paperwork for each phone.

I sent an inquiry the next day asking why the other two rebates could not be paid. I will update this posting when I get the answer.
