On 17 August 2013 - My contract with Wireless Tellcomes to purchase the advertised iPhone5 was for A$449 plus delivery A$25 on order no. 498.

On 18 August 2013 you informed me my credit card could not facilitate the funds although my Bank advised no application had been submitted for funds.

On 18 August 2013 you requested I make a direct Bank Transfer which would have cost me an additional A$30.  I rejected this.

On 19 August 2013 you requested I could make a Western Union Bank transfer at the cost of A$10 to me which in good faith, I did.

On 20 August 2013 I advised you the details of the Bank transfer by Western Union, who also informed me it would take 2 days to clear into the account you provided details of.

On 21 August 2013 you advised me that as soon as the funds were reflected "in our account", my order would be shipped.

On 26 August 2013 - Not hearing from you or any representative from your company, I emailed you asking if there was a problem with the clearance of funds into your account and that I was becoming concerned with this transaction.  I also requested what warranty came with the iPhone5 to which I received no response.

On 26 August 2013 - you acknowledged receipt of my email and that my order had been shipped and I should receive it within 2-3 days to my address.  You did not advise any shipping details.

On 30 August 2013 I emailed you advising I was not in receipt of my order and for you to locate its whereabouts and advise when it will be delivered.

On 31 August 2013 you emailed me to advise my order had been apprehended by Customs Officers and it had been tagged a violation product against my country's rules and that I was to effect a further payment of A$200 otherwise my order would be discarded by fire in 2 working days.  You didn't advise who or where I was to send this additional payment of A$200.

On 31 August 2013 I responded:

What a joke!  I have never come across an international transaction of this type before.  Every one of my international transactions has been successful with legitimate and law abiding companies.

The following is what I am offering.

As you or your company has not honoured our agreement and delivery has not been effected for Order 498, I am requesting it to be cancelled and you immediately reimburse to me monies in the total sum of Australian$484 via Western Union transfer and advise me the MTCN NUMBER for collection.  You have my name and address and email details.

Should you deign not to do this, I will be contacting the Australian Customs office, the Australian Federal Police, our ACCC, your Malaysian Trade government officials, Western Union, and advising Google, Facebook, Twitter,You-tube and other entities around the world that you are a SCAM company.

As at 5 September 2013, I have not received any communication from Wireless Tellcomes.

My internet security Trend Micro reports that on 18 August 2013, three dangerous attempts from Wireless Tellcomes were made on my computer which Trend Micro were able to intercept.

 Hi all

I just want to say that Wireless Tellcomes is a "%^&$*@" FRAUD company! On 3rd June 2013, Wireless Tellcomes stole my credit card information and i lost A$3200 via money transfer.  Their fraud website is www.wirelesstellcomes.com - Please abuse this website to your liking.    I have also tracked down the same websites. I am now seeking revenge.
