I purchased a HP mini computer while vacationing in Miami and was told by the salesperson that the memory size was 60 Gig but later found out by calling HP support that the computer only had 8 Gig.

Another salesperson told me that I needed a wireless adapter in order to connect to the Internet and he could sell me an adapter that would permit me to connect to the Internet anywhere in the world for free. I was told that the signal was comparable to that of the GPS receiving it's signal from the satellite. I later found out that this was false advertisement. I was not able to connect.

The transactions were done as credit. Only after all transactions were completed that the merchant stamped no refund on the receipt. No visible signs were seen in regard to this.

I was able to contact the manager and was told that he would talk to the sales person and get back with me within 24 hours. Several days past and I did not hear from him so I called again on several occasion but was told  that he was not in. I left several messages but my phone calls were never returned. After several unsuccessful attempts I was advised by my Credit Card Company to return the product which I did by way of UPS but the package was refused by the merchant and returned to me.

I should have been alarmed when the merchant asked whether I was paying cash. For such a large transaction is uncommon. The way the transaction was done was very deceitful. I did not get what I paid for or agreed to for either of the transactions. Merchant refuses to issue me credit.
