I ordered an iphone pink otterbox with a pink clip phone cover from wirelessaccessories.com It was listed on ebay as "new". I received a pink otterbox cover with a black clip that was obviously used. I contacted the company through their online support system as they have no phone number listed. I opened a return item ticket clearly stating that i had ordered a pink otterbox with a pink clip and had received a pink otterbox with a black clip that was in a roughed up box and could I please exchange it for another one or different phone cover. I received a confirmation to send in the merchandise to exchange it. Then several days later I received another email saying I had damaged the phone cover and they would not exchange it. However, if I wanted it back i could pay S&H and they would send it to me. I replied that I had never even put it on my phone and it was obviously in rough condition when they sent it to me in addition to not being what I ordered or they had advertised. Their position is firm in that even though they sent the wrong item, it is still my fault. I have filed a complaint with ebay and email the company several time asking for this to be fixed. They are unwilling to resolve this matter. Be careful who you order from:
