So this can be viewed as ok for some or unexceptable for others. I purchased a data link for my phone so I could use the modem capability for the long bus ride to my girlfriend, for valentines day. I ordered it on Feb. 2nd the expected delivery date was either 1 week (max) or 3-5 days from my purchase date, don't remember which.

Five days later I wondered where my order was, so I emailed them for a tracking number. They told me they HAVEN'T SHIPPED IT! So I'm thinking 'ok... well they still have a whole week, they will probably get it to me by friday, right?' WRONG! They told me the item will be shipped on thursday, the day before I leave, and obviously it won't get to me in time. I asked for the tracking number and suggested a next day delivery would be nice, but no, they just sent it regular and sent me a tracking number. This is why I don't trust shopping over the internet sometimes.
