 I made a purchase from wish.com may 5th 2017. By June 19th I had not received first part of shipment so I sent support several messages over the next 4 months . With little response except automated messages and emails. I never received any of my order. It could not be found through the U. S. Postal service tracking numbers (12 items in Total) . I let wish know this they sent an automated reply so I sent emails back and forth 85 in Total over 4 month. Was assured 2 weeks ago I would be refunded the remaining amount in 3 to 5 business days I was not. Wish said " rest assured it was refunded " it was not. Contacted them again " it had to be my bank that messed it up, ha ha ha. I have had to contact my bank the attorney general and the BBB. Now they say I'm past the 30 day return policy WHAT RETURN NEVER RECEIVED EVER Never trust them with anything ever
