I have ordered some relatively inexpensive stuff from Wish.com and when the items are damaged, defective or otherwise useless, I've just bitten the bullet and let it go.  I tried to get customer service but they make it extremely difficult to get any satisfaction, so yes, I just bit the bullet.  Should have learned. 

Last month I ordered a $50 item and it did not work so I began trying to get resolution.   They have sent little more than canned emails expressing apologies for any inconvience, yet have continually asked me to provide more and more info about my purchase...like they don't have all that on file..They want a  picture showing how it what doesn't work (???).. the order #,  a picture of the box it came in ??? ( I never said the box was damaged) and most recently proof that I've been blocked by their site  ect.  absolutely nothing about the the nonworking item.  I have sent over a dozen emails describing the problem and expressing frustration with their customer service, yet they will not address the defective item (leviating magnetic globe that doesn't levitate)  I've asked them to send a prepaid return ticket but they won't address that.. ( along with the $50 item, I paid and additional $12 for shipping.) 

Their phone number does not work either, so there is no way a person can get anything from them other than their canned emails expressing feigned concern. After about 3 to 4 weeks of emails I can no longer get on their site and the last request for more info was proof that I have been blocked from their website.  I see that I am not the only one blocked by their site because of a complaint.

 The motto "we've got your back" is totally false..  I have been forced to turn to my credit card company for resolution/dispute.  not sure that will work but perhaps they won't be so willing to blow off the credit card company as they have been with me.

 It is fun and easy to shop at Wish.com, easy to pay but impossible to get help when you have a problem.

 

 People need to know that there is no customer service from Wish.com.  and that they do not stand behind anything they market.
