Complaint Review: Wish.com

Wish.com My Wish.com account was accessed. I notified Wish.com and had my Credit Card canceled. Yet, Wish.com still prohibits me from accessing my account.

Wish.com My Wish.com account was accessed. I notified Wish.com and had my Credit Card canceled. Yet, Wish.com still prohibits me from accessing my account.

My Wish.com account was accessed. I notified Wish.com and had my Credit Card canceled. Yet, Wish.com still prohibits me from accessing my account. I was told to create a new account, but I have a little over $217 in accumulated points and a Wishlist which will not be carried over to a new account. I have written Wish.com several times over 5 months without any resolution.

I have proven the last authentic item I purchased (which was paid for) was made by me, yet I am still locked out of my account which asks me to verify my last purchase with wish.com.

There is no phone number to talk to anyone in Customer Service. I am in limbo until Wish.com

decides to unlock my account, and I feel I am being held hostage by Wish.com
