I was on the internet when I had a pop-up saying that I had malicious virus like Trogan etc cetera. It kept popping up and I couldn't get rid of it. I decided to join it as I was worried that I had these viruses. I even had my Computer Technician look into it and he thought it seemed fine. The name of the company was Personal Antivirus. I joined and the problem seemed to go away - the problem being the pop-ups. I started having problems with my computer jamming up and though I may need to do another virus scan. When looking for Personal Antivirus I couldn't find it anywhere on my computer. I decided to do a google search on Personal Antivirus and realised it was a scam. I had joined up and had 99.60 dollars debited from my bank account.

I have emailed them - with no reply and tried to phone all numbers and been told they are disconnected. Do NOT TOUCH THEM. I have contacted my bank and they are taking action. I was very easily SCAMMED.

I made up my mind to subscribe for Personal Antivirus after I entered some malicious web-site serfing on the internet but since downloading this software a bunch of pop-ups started showing up on my computer and whatever I did they would'n go away. Following my daughter's advice I tried to reinstall the program on my system but for some reason the antivirus disappeared and I couldn't locate it anywhere on my computer. I knew I purchased this software and my credit card company confirmed the charge of 79.95 on my account and besides I received the confirmation of purchase from witabtt company via e-mail. Then I tried to get in touch with support guys as the service was included in subscription but for some time all the lines were busy. I left a message on the voice mail informing about the problem and they got back with me in about 15 minutes. What I consider a big trouble appeared not so big one. In a few minutes I received instruction how to reinstall Personal antispyware on my computer and it seemed working properly since then. Nevertheless, I'd prefer faster respond from those guys...
