Witabtt i paid for a false antivirus full of trojans Internet
i was surfing the web when a message from personal antivirus appeared on my screen. it said that my computer was infected with many viruses and trojans and that i better act quickly before they stole my passwords and personal information. being a first time computer user, i unsuspectingly bought it thinking it was legit. after i bought it, i tried using it and it said the file had been moved. i tried finding it and after unsuccessfully trying, i went online and Googled personal antivirus. what i saw amazed me, everything said that it was a hoax. i read reports about how it is a fake program that displays fake virus detections, and that it was almost impossible to remove. so i tried to somehow put a stop to the transaction ( it was still pending on my debit card) but it was too late. now i want my 80 dollars back because i feel cheated that i paid for a fake program that in fact was a harmful virus to my computer.

I've read a couple of messages about witabtt.com here and was surprised they were all so bad. I also purchased this software a while ago and like others who complian here had some problems to get it up and running. At first I thought I was scammed, but I'm not that good computer savvy, so I've decided to use technical support. To my surprise the tech guy got back with me in a few minutes and provided me with the instructions on how to fix the problem, which I used and now everything is working fine.
