I placed an order with witchstore.net on January 26, 2007 for $73.40. In March 2007 I received an email stating the site had changed hands, but assured us our orders would be processed in a timely manner. It is now May 24th, 2007, and after multiple emails and phone calls, I have not gotten any response from this website, or Leo Wells and the Thrifty Pagan site. I am becoming frustrated at the lack of customer service and support.

I am only asking for a full refund of my money, full credit of my order to the new site, or full shipment of my previous order. Please help me!!! I feel I've exhausted every other avenue to get relief on this matter. Thank you for your time. Blessed Be!

Doesn't Help Me!

To Jeffrey/Christine @ Witchstore.net,

So, you're telling me I have no way of recovering my money or shipment? I know for fact that several orders placed in or around the time of my order were honored after the same thing happening to them. I have to wonder if mine isn't being addressed because it's a more expensive order. As for not having any record of my order, I have copies of my invoice from paypal.com and documents from my bank as to when the money was withdrawn. I will continue to search for resolution with this matter, whether with your site or with Leo Wells himself. I am a decent, hard working wiccan woman, and don't have the disposable income to let this just slide. I look forward to your response.

Goodness, more reports against us through no fault of our own. I'm very sorry for the treatment you have been given by past ownership.

The store was sold to us on March 15, 2007. We have shipped over 200 orders without so much as a hiccup and have a flawless record since gaining ownership.

**WE DON'T RIP PEOPLE OFF**

Apparently Leo W. Wells does.

**WE HAVE NEVER MISSED A SINGLE ITEM OR ORDER**

Apparently Leo W. Wellshas.

I *very much* sympathize with your problem however we can not help every customer that Leo W. Wells owes money/order/refund to. We simply can't help everyone who ordered from the company prior to our ownership or the new management change. These orders are Leo W. Wells responsibility as he has previously stated to you. We don't even have records prior to the date of sale. On March 15 we bought this online store and Leo Wells and his companies The Thrifty Pagan and Incenseoilsandbrews.com took over all outstanding orders, and he sent out the letter below to all customers affected iterating this:

It does seem painfully obvious (we are damaged as well) that Leo Wells has stolen your money. I don't know how else to put it if he won't respond to you. He won't reply to our emails as well, and we are now constantly fielding angry customers from his past ownership.

Here is the best track record I have of the man, if it helps:

Incenseoilsandbrews.com iob1@comcast.net thethriftypagan.com
sacred-pathways.com
witchgoods.com

Last known address is same as above, verified in mid March.

I do wish you luck in regaining your monies and please understand it is Leo W. Wells who has your money, not us For our 2 1/2 months of ownership so far, we have a flawless shipping record but I do understand that doesn't help you very much.
