I went on a saturday to purchase a auto fromo wix auto. on tuesday i get a call from the police department stating that wixs auto had issue a warrant for my arrest and the car had been stolen. when called wix auto to find out why, mr chuck glick st that my job had told them i had been terminated on friday. so they say that since i was terminated on friday i committed fraud because i came in on a saturday to purchase a vehicle.

i did not get terminated from my job on friday. i got terminated on monday may 1st. and then all of a sudden i needed someone to co-sign for the car because i wasnt working. my day call to talk to the guy and he tried to balck male my father by saying that if he dont sign with me on the loan he will press fraud charges against me.

if i wanted to de-fraud them i woulnd not have gave them any info on me at all. me and my dad went down there the next day to return the car and get my money back. chuck glick did not want to give me my money back. but it states in the contract you have 5 days from the day you brought the vehicle to retun the car and get your money back and have to pay 15 cents per mile for evry mile u went over 200.

i went to the car to get my receipts and when i walk back in some guy was calling me a liar and st i knew i didnt have a job in the first place. he was very rude and st he will see me in court. chuck glick call to verify throught my supervisor that at that time i did have a job i got terminated that monday.

after that he still wasnt satisfied want to call human resource before giveing me my money after it was verified from my supervisor. he then verified the same info that came from my supervisor and issued my money back in a check.

this company is so unproffesional, instead of calling me to tell me that my job said i was terminated and to bring the car back he call the police and report the car stolen and if i would have been pulled over for a stilen vehilce me and my son would have went to jail. READ YOUR CONTRACT IT PAYS!!!

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. AND IT HAS BEEN A LESSON LEARN NOT TO GOT OUT BY YOURSELF AS A WOMAN TO GET A CAR CAUSE THEY WILL SCREW YOU. THEY WANT ME TO PAY 400 BI-WEEKLY ON A 98 MONTE CARLO WITH 123,383 MILES ON IT. THEY A RIP-OFFS AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
