Complaint Review: wix

I was charge 200$ for the use of their service promise with a free voucher and I decide to ask for my free voucher and they said I have to pay them another 200$ in order to get it. I issue an refund through my bank and decide to use another service call weebly. Months later after the charge back. I got a letter from my bank that wix claiming im using their service. They scanned a photo of my website and claim that I used their webhost (when I am actually using weeblys webhost and I also pay for) I couldnt get a hold of weebly to back me up with proof so I couldnt get my money back. I am trying to fight to get my money back from wix. I am scare that weebly might be own by them as well.Because after they reinverse the money from my bank account weebly said I never had an account with them.
