Mark Bray was fast to answer my initial contact, asked for full payment but settled for half in advance : 237 euros on 29/09/2015. He said he would get back to me within a week with a preview of a Wikipedia article within a week . Despite several emails up to today (25/10/2015) : has not replied since taken paypal advance money.
This is the first time I've been totally ripped off. Cannot believe such people are allowed to be hosted (all whois information is false) on Internet and continue stealing people's money.
I should have looked on Internet before : google for "Mark Bray scam" or "Wizards of Wiki scammers"
If you're lucky to read this as I wasn't, don't even think about contacting this fraudster. Good day.
