Wizardwands.com Sent different product than ordered, the wrong item was broken, and they refused to assist me in getting the product I paid for or a refund. New Jersey City New Jersey
I purchased 2 wands from Wizardwands.com on 12/6/23 for $118.
When the shipment arrived it was not the right product. Additionally the incorrect product sent was clearly broken.
I contacted Wizardwands.com and explained the issue and submitted video proof.
I kept getting a default message that they will look into the matter and contact me.
I was not contacted back and kept submitting follow ups every week for 2 months, always getting the same message.
I informed them I just wanted the product I paid for or a refund, I get the same message.
I inform them I am going to contact ripoffreport.com....same message.
Wizardwands.com will not give me the product I paid for and will not issue a refund.
Wizardwands.com claims to be in New Jersey. However the package and communication comes from China.
They have no intention of giving me the product I paid for or returning my money. Nor do they seem to be concerned with being reported.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
