I have attended a wizetrade seminar in Philadelphia in 2004. Like most others I was also sucked up into the hype of owning a simple stock trading program where you look at the red and green lights and make an easy decision to invest.

To cut short the long story I have revisited their training site again within a month as mandated by them. The hyped up rally of users and the enormous amount of money they were making as easy as stop and go lights, would tickle anyones imagination, and I kept hoping to achieve some financial independedce. To be really successful they sold another product that day that will cost another $99 per month that is the live feed.

None of these things work as they touted in the seminars. You are on your own to figure out things and make good decisions, which you can do without a $4000 dollar package, which cannot be returned after 30 days for refund.Trying to rectify some of the issues I had, I contacted their cusotmer service and had never gotten a straight answer for any ordinarily prudent questions. Their support was the worst kind that after several tries, I stopped subscribing to their services, including the live feeds.

Any body who wants to invest their hard earned money should look deeply into this company and beyond the one or two highly touted examples of trades from 2004 which they show on their infomercials.

I am terribly sorry to hear of your situation and the challenges you are having. My records indicate that your datafeed has been canceled since November of 2004.

I have made many changes in service and support since that time and think you may be pleasantly surprised at the resources available to you.
