The owner Robert called me over the phone and offered to send me an asphalt saw blade that I only had to pay for if I was satisfied. I received the blade and did use the blade. We were not satisfied and the blade was worse than the ones we already used. I told Robert this and he proceeded to turn me over to a collection agency.
