Complaint Review: WLI RESERVATION REPORTS

I made some purchases from Haband. WLI insist that I also signed up for a trial period of their services. The only way that could have happened is by omission. I must have not noticed a box that I should have unchecked. After complaining to WLI and getting a promise for a refund (suspiciously easily) I immediately got a long email from them eplaining their excuses for the rip-off. This would indicate that I certainly was not the first to be ripped off. I don't even know what they offer but I would guess that they rely on people not noticing the charge on their statement. If you do notice they are quick to refund, not wanting to incur any follow-up investigation.
BEWARE OF WLI!!!
