They're still at it, folks!
I noticed a charge of $10.00 on my wife's credit card bill charged by this outfit.
I searched for the phone number and found that they routinely do this. I hate to say that "...there ought to be a law...", but this has happened to her before with different services. She has had trouble with some companies' web site ordering and decided to make an order by phone. I'm guessing that there is some inoccuous question asked that when an affirmative answer is given, this charge is authorized. According to the "WHY?" page on their Web Site, this can also happen due to a Web Order.
A word to the wise! Watch those statements and watch what is already checked when you order on line!
