Earlier in the day I checked my account to see the balance. I haden't used the account in a while due to it's low balance since I've been at school but I wanted to make sure I had enough money to buy lunch while I was at work. This is when I saw the $9 charge with the description "PURCHASE WLI*RESERVATIONREW 12/17". I knew I had not used my card for almost two months so I decided to do a little research on the company. The first 5 or so entries that came up from Googling "wli reservation rew" were all complaints about scams (I believe they were all from this site also). I immediately notified my bank (Wachovia) and told them to stop any further payments from that company. They told me to download their dispute forms, fill them out and send them back and they would immediately start an investigation. From my past experiences with Wachovia they are excellent on these types of things. If you have some similar happen to you and use Wachovia; repeat my steps. Even if Wachovia can't get the company to refund your money (which they will in this case because the company doesn't want a class action law suit against them) Wachovia will bite the bullit and refund your account themselves.
