Complaint Review: WLI Reservation Rewards

This company is ripping people off!! After receiving my credit card statement I found a strange charged from a company called WLI Reservation Rewards. After MUCH research I found it was through Lillianvernon.com where I had recently made an online purchase! After the purchase was complete I received a pop-up offering a coupon for toward my next purchase! Assuming it was from this site I accepted it. It turns our Lillian Vernon sold my credit card information to this company who signed me up for a monthly service automatically charged to my credit card!!!

I called WLI and they were more than happy to le me go through an automated system to cancel the service. I also sent an email to their customer service department (which they have yet to respond to!) The scary thing is they are probably making millions off of innocent people who don't notice $7.00 monthly charges to their credit cards!! PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE ARE COMPANIES LIKE THIS OUT THERE!! I assumed that I was using a secure site considering LILLIAN VERNON is such a large company but you know what they say about "assuming"!!! Watch out!!!
