WLI-Reservation Rewards rip-off! This company will not cancel my account no matter haw hard I try. Internet
I have cancelled my account over the phone and over the internet 3 times. They are still charging my credit card and the credit card company says the only way to fix the problem is to cancel my card and get a new account number. What a pain for something I never even used. This is just not right. It seems very unfair to have to change your account for something like this but it has taught me not to sign up for anything on the internet.

I was FINALLY sent information today on how to cancel my membership that I NEVER applied to get from them. I don't understand how a company can stay in business when they do something that is obviously illegal. I also left them feedback. Here's what I sent to them:
I canceled my membership to your service. I NEVER agreed to get your service. My credit card was charged $9.00 a month for a service I NEVER signed up for or even wanted. Your "service" of charging peoples credit cards without thier permission needs to be put out of business. I know for a FACT that I'm not the only one whom your company has done this too. I WILL be writing the bbb and see what I can do to get this company shut down for illegal business practices.
I would suggest that everyone this has happened to write thier local bbb and let them know what this company is doing. They even have it on their site a link to the bbb.
