Complaint Review: WLI*RESERVATIONREW

Thanks to your site & Starla from Newark Ohio who posted the 800 number, I was able to finally reach someone at this company and be removed from there list. I first tried to go through the bank to get this problem resolved but the number they gave me had a $5.95 charge. The only thing the bank would do is reissue another card so they couldn't charge my account in the future. I didn't realize they had been deducting $9.00 from my acct. for 11 months. I am susposed to receive a refund for the total amount. For anyone who might be reading this message 1st the number you need to call to cancel is 1 800 732 7031.
