Last report (from another subscriber)was in April '03.
Well, they are still at it. I have an ongoing WebCertificate account (MasterCard) and WLI*RESERVATIONREWARDS "charged" my account $7.00 on Feb.12th '04. I will call or write or email them until I get a credit. I will report them to Rip-off Report every time it happens if it doesn't stop!
