They used my credit card for three months, unauthorized. Near as i can figure out it was from a 1-800-Flowers online charge the month before - I figured that out from your website mentioning WLI 'appends to various legit dealers, sure enough when i looked back through my statements i had used 1-800 Flowers the month previous to the charges appearing, no other charges appeared that month. I called the WLI*Reservations, followed the electronic menu and when i got to cancellations,was put on hold for 20 minutes. No one ever picked up, not wanting to grow old online, i hung up.

I called my credit card company. I explained that I never heard of these people, never authorized use of my name, my card number or charges against same at any time whatsoever. They put me through to fraud division and finally the security division who cancelled my current account number - no more charges and they will send a new card with a different number an affidavit of fraud for me to sign so they can go after the company. My credit remains good, I'll get the money back that was charged and they'll gather evidence against the company. A good solution.
