On 10/24/07 I bought batteries from batteries.com. Order was processed and all went smoothly. Happened to be checking my credit card bill and found $10 charge dated 10/24 and 11/24. Called 800 732 7031 Reservations Reward (wlireservationsreward.com) to ask what this was. I was told that when I ordered from batteries.com I also authorized them (the wliresrvationsreward.com) company to activate this service. Told the person that wasn't true. She is refunding the money (2 months). I called batteries.com and told Doug, who said he was a product manager, how unhappy I was that this had happened. He had no input except to grunt. I will NOT be dealing with batteries.com again. Nor will I deal with any company that uses 800 732 7031 $10 rebate as a come-on!
