This company WLI Travel Values Plus charged my credit card illegally without authorization in the amount of $7.00 on 11/14/2003. If it isn't stopped right away they charge this amount every month on your credit card as a membership charge. I am just getting started at getting this stopped, since it was discovered yesterday on my credit card statement. What I intend to find out is, how they got my credit card number and all personal information.

Add my name to this growing list of fraudulent charges made to credit cards by WLI Travel Values Plus of Shelton, CT 06484

Today I contacted WLI Travel Values Plus by telephone (800 number) and inquired about the $7.00 Charge made to my credit card. The lady who answered the phone was very professional and stated that the membership to their service was incurred when I renewed my membership to "BlueMountain.Com" (e-greeting card services).

She explained that there was an Award Certificate Offer associated with anyone whe signed up offering monetary discounts on travel, and that I had authorized membership to their services by entering my email address twice (required). I advised her that I remember viewing the offer and started filling out the required information to qualify but decided it was not beneficial and a come on and backed out of it(the associated web page). She asked me if I wanted to cancel my membership and wanted the $7.00 Charge refunded to my credit card account. I advised her yes and she stated it would be accomplished within 3 days then gave me a confirmation number.

Soooo............ if you have had one of these charges show up on your credit card, I would recommend taking quick action and contact WLI Travel Values Plus... Also, I have emailed Blue Mountain and questioned their participation in this incident (no reply yet). I believe that I will cancel membership with Blue Mountain and look for a more reputable service!!!!!!!!!!
