Complaint Review: WLI reservation rewards

I was assured by patries at the 800 # for reservationrewards that My wife's account would be credited for all fake unauthorized charges but and they did do that. There is something wrong when the first thing that pops up on the phone answering system is "if you wish to cancel your account press 1 now"

We do admit to checking off the 10% disc on your next purchase at a major clothing (KINGSIZE DIRECT) website but never authorized any charges for a worthless "membership" in a phoney boloney whatever. We will never make that mistake again.
