Complaint Review: Wlireservations.com

I would like just like to add my comments to the growing numbers of individuals who have been "ripped off" by Wlireservations.com. I recently became the legal guardian for my elderly mother, who is now a nursing home resident, and have taken over her financial matters and affairs.

While going over her bank statement w/Bank of America, i noticed a consistent $9.00 per month debit on the account, listed t wlireservations. I contactacted the bank and was informed that this was not a bank charge, but a third company, and I could cancel by calling the 800 number listed on the statement. Upon contacting the listed number, I was asked, "What kind of cancer did I have?" I had been connected to a cancer research organization, who had NO idea what I was referring to.

Upon explaining my attempt to track down this bogus charge, I was then told to call another number, which resulted in being informed that the "company no longer exists.

This is truly disgusting, as I believe that some representative conned my mother into signing up for this program, without any benefit (whatsoever) to her. I WILL take the adivde of this website, and go after Bank of America, until this is resolved; however, BE WARNED! I don't really know how long this has been going on, and your parents could be unknowing victims, too.
