WMX Group in Deerfield Beach, FL is a job SCAM!  It's a pyramid scheme. They hired me only after I paid them $1950 for Series 63 and 66 licensing training. 

Then my only responsibility was to work in a boiler room and recruit other poor unsuspecting victims over the phone for 14 hours per day.  I was told I would make $1000 per week if I recruited at least 5 new "wealth advisors" to join the company and they each paid their $1950 "licensing fee". 

After 3 72-hour work weeks the office was closed down today and I've received not 1 penny.  Thomas Anthony Guerriero should be indicted for fraud.  I want my MONEY BACK !!!

"There are two types of people in this world, those who succeed and those who talk about those that succeed."

We are an ISO certified publicly traded company, the furthest thing from a scam. We are debt free and in great financial condition on every level and plan on being in business for a very long time. The CEO spends personally an enormous amount of my time, energy, and passion to help develop each and every person who comes on board with our company. Its unfortunate this misinformation has been put on this site, especially from people who would rather gossip than be apart of a tremendous opportunity. You need to look at "ACTIONS" not unsupported words. Each person that is brought on to be a Wealth Advisor is guided everyday to the tools needed in this competitive landscape to succeed on every level. Unfortunately when someone fails and does not want to work hard for success they feel the urge to blame someone other than them self.

The CEO works hard, leads with passion, supports learning & development whenever he can. 
Until a person possesses the proper securities licenses they have the option to work along side the Human Resource team to gain some work experience while they study for their exams or they have the option to stay home and study for the licensing exams. If they choose to work and study at the same time, there are no set hours and they can work in anyway they want. Everyday we have a learning environment and have lectures. After these lectures the trainees write an email saying what they learned from these experiences. We also consistently receive emails on why an individual feels the company is for them. 

Once a Wealth Advisor possess the necessary licenses and completes the training program they receive back all the money they spent on the training program. We do this out of good faith, so we see we are not wasting our time energy, and resources on somebody not 100% serious. It is in the agreement that each person signs before coming on board clear as it can be in bold and red. Also our training program on our website clearly states what the training program is, what they will be learning, what time frame it will be, and at what point they receive their investment into their education back. If someone can't pass the exams or someone can't push themselves to actually work effectively, show up on time for lectures, etc... they will quit or abandon the training program and then play the blame game to blame everyone except themself.

As a trainee they will learn the tools to succeed on every level in this profession as a Financial Advisor. They will have the option to work any hours they wish. Nothing is imposed on them. The parameters are set for them and whomever wishes to chose to take those parameters and learn this business the right way can.

Each person that is offered a position signs an agreement that clearly says what they will be doing. It clearly says that they will need to come through a training program that is comprehensive and licenses are needed. It clearly says that the training program has a cost. It clearly says that the cost is nonrefundable whether a person lasts a day a week or beyond. It clearly never mentions a salary and says commissions may be earned.

I invite the person who has made this frivolous and baseless claim in this cowardly way, "Anonymously" with intent to hurt the company, to come in any day of the week and meet one on one with the CEO. That way you can tell us everything you feel and ask any questions you have to be answered. This business is not for everyone, which we clearly state on the agreement which new people sign before starting the training program. We say unless you are 100% confident this is for you do not take the opportunity offered. 

In life people should be accountable and able to make their own decisions and not be so easily influenced by unsuccessful people who would rather hate on the successful than learn from them. When you are a success those that are jealous will always try to pull you down to benefit financially or just for them to have an excuse why they failed. We have continually endured and succeeded. 

We welcome anyone who wishes to see first hand how serious we are about education and working with our team of Wealth Advisors to educate them at every level to do well in this profession for many years. We are still in business, we are going nowhere, and we are very excited about the future of the company and the future of bringing on quality people who can make the determination themself, if this opportunity is for them or not.
