Wofenhaus kennels took me for $1500.00 to breed his male stud to my female and she didn't have pups.
The breeders refuse to offer a guarantee or a refund.
They are crooks and I won't rest until I get my money back.
3 others were scammed like me and 1 even reported that his stud dog was confirmed sterile 3 months prior!

Yeah, about $2000.00+ worth.....And yet, still lots of Bad Taste left over!!
Is that the same bullshit you told the last 3 guys you ripped off before me?
How many people have you swindled without producing any puppies?
Do you always inform clients of "your" policy after they have paid you in Cash??
You are the only breeder that I talked to that will not guarantee his breeding.
When was the last time you got your dog checked for fertility??
If he is fertile why have you suddenly removed his Stud posting advertisement from GSD Pedigree site??
Odd that your stud has not registered any puppies in a while?And those that did, didn't come with D.N.A. testing to confirm true parent's I.D.??
When I asked for a breeding retry with a better female you said absolutely No!!
You broke our contract, by
a) not providing a successful breeding and
b) refusing a retry with different female.
Your policies were never at any time part of our deal,nor did you inform me of your policies prior to full payment, conditions of deals cannot be made after payment!!
If so, the following are my conditions:
a) You owe me $500.00 for the delivery of your new B.F.G. All Terrain tires from North Bay to your home and,
b) You owe me for the full price of the B.F.G. Tires that I sold you, $1431,84 tax included , that you failed to pay me for, and,
c) Interest rate of 29% per annum shall be levied against all outstanding unpaid debts from you to me and,
d) Unsuccessful breeding shall be repeated to whichever female I choose and failure to do so shall render the contract nul and void and all expenses incurred by the female dog owner shall be recovered from the stud owner, fuel bills, vet bills, breeding fee,trave expenses, lost work time, etc..
e) After 30 days of non-payment or non- compliance, I reserve the right to remove my tires from your vehicle when the opportunity arises and seek damages for the losses listed above.
You owe me money and I won't rest until you pay.

I think your statement about their stud dog being sterile is completely false. This sire has had many litters this year and not sure where your facts or coming from. Perhaps your female is not the best producer or your timing with the mating was off---maybe try a progesterone test next time. The stud did his job so not sure why you have expectations of receiving a refund. The rule of thumb if your female comes up empty is another breeding with the same stud and female on her next cycle. Your derogatory comments and personal attack on Marco & Antonella is not warranted and is really in bad taste ---
