We prepaid for 6 people in Jan for an April 3rd trip to an ATV park; with Covid, they closed the park down. We initially tried to cancel our trip; but this was not good for the owner, so he allowed us to re-schedule. We thought that was cool and was grateful that he would work with us. We confirmed via text (in June) for Labor Day, he then double-booked, told us the other party paid more, we found this out a week before we were supposed to go  (none of what was listed in their website or policy he informed us of), the owner stated he couldn't return our money since he didn't have it;  so we tried again to schedule for October 2.

The company wouldn't answer or return calls, texts or IM's. Multiple people called from our party from 9/1 - 9/14; then on 9/14/20; we contacted his other company, which uses all the same phone numbers; the owner finally responded and stated he sold the property and refuses to refund our money. Between August 28th when he cancelled our reservation and Sept. 1; when we contacted him with yet another date, he sold it? Over a holiday weekend? Hmmm... Very said, I was looking forward to my first AK trip
