Complaint Review: Wolfepack Auto Transport

We phoned Wolfepack Transport to ship 2 Ford Pick up trucks on the 12th of June 2014, we were told they would be picked up between 3-5 days and bought to Compton CA we rang after 12 days and asked where they were,we got lie after lie then they would hang up, we were ringing from New Zealand.

I cancelled the orders 43689 & 43712 on the 24th of June 2014 because of mistrust and lies.

We then went to Los Angeles on the 26th June 2014  we rang them they hung up 3 times on us we got our exporter to ring they immediatly hung up on them also.

I then sent 3 emails outlining our plight and to this minute I have not heard from anyone at Wolfepack.

I am seeking $US500 our deposit to be reimbursed back to us.

I informed them i would put this complaint on Ripoff and all transport reveiws still no response.

It Apperars i am not the first disgruntled customer.
