In October 2010, I ordered two pair of pants from this company, at $12.74 each. These pants were to be the same, in two colors. When they arrived, they were NOT the same at all- even a different fabric. I returned the one pair, for an exchange that would match the other pair. I never received a bill from this company, until January 19th, 2011. I DID recieve a $10 off coupon from them, as well as a check for $9.98 (with no explanation) but never a bill until Jan. 19th.

The bill was for the amount of $46.95! I telephoned them on Jan 21st- and was on the telephone for almost TWO HOURS- as they switched me from customer service to credit, to catalog, and back and forth. They went into SUCH a long explanation of the fees, charges and credit- which SOMEHOW totaled $46.95 (For TWO pairs of $12.74 pants?)

I finally gave up- when the last agent in 'Credit' advised me to WRITE A LETTER to the company. disputing these charges. After two hours of this- and NOT caring to write a LETTER- I just cancelled the credit card- paid the phoney amount, and washed my hands of this company. Their record keeping is attrocious!

I would NOT recommend ANYONE to purchase from this company. It has been a nightmare!
