I place an order by phone.  I have a billing address in South Dakota, I wanted the order to SHIP TO Wisconsin.  I asked the order taker to repeat the  SHIP TO address.  She repeated the Wisconsin address.    Well the order was shipped to South Dakota, because somebody signed for the package It's kind of my tough luck. 

I called in the evening, was told by a gentleman that I should call back the next day and ask for a UPS clerk, he gave me the tracing number.  The lady that answered the phone didn't know of a UPS clerk.  She transfered me to customer service.  The representative that answered was insistent that  because sombody signed for the package, I could have it sent to me (at my cost) or have the package returned.  I asked to speak to a supervisor.  She absolutly refused to transfer me and ended the call.  I called  back and Eddy answered the phone, when I explained that my order was delivered to the wrong address, I asked to speak to a supervisor.  He said that wasn't possible and I should call back  when I wasn't upset. 

I called back and was finally transfered to a supervisor.  She was sorry, but !!!,  I told her I didn't want the package and return my money.  She said okay, there wouldnt be a shipping charge.  She also said that If a customer requested to speak to a supervisor they would be transfered.

What kind of a company doesn't train their representative, that if they don't know the answer there is a person they can talk to.  Also, I had two (2) reps that lied to me about transfering to a supervisor. 

I can't do business with a company that doesn't provide adequate training and allows their representatives to lie to the customer.
