I returned merchandise that ripped in the first laundry - jeans, f'r goodness sake!! Jeans don't rip!! But this pair did, the seam came out of the waistband. They did NOT credit me for the jeans, **THEY** **CHARGED** **ME!!** to return their crappy merchandise. It's not my "fault" they ripped, it's theirs, and charging for a defective return doesn't match "Satisfaction Guaranteed."
