I canceled an order on May 16, 2013 but Woman Within still charged me $24.99 through paypal on 5-24-2013.  The item came to my post office on 6-6-2013 and I sent it back as return to sender.  Since that day I have been trying to get a refund from them and they keep giving me the run around.  They first claimed they sent a refund to my Paypal account on 6-24-2013.  I checked with Paypal and they said no refunds had been made.  When I called Woman Within back they claimed Paypal rejected the refund.  I checked with Paypal and they said they never rejected any refunds on my account.  I called Woman Within back and told them to refund the money through Paypal while I was on the phone with them and the "team leader" Jesse first claimed a refund check was mailed on 6-25-2013 then kept saying a check will be issued and I should receive it next week.  I said it should have been here by now if it was mailed 6-25-2013 and hee said it takes a week to be sent. I said but you just said a check will be issued so was it already issued or are you issuing it today?  It is very odd that they insist on your money up front but refuse to refund your money in a timely manner.  I have spent 2 and a half hours on the phone (mostly on hold with Woman Within) trying to get $26.42 back.  I have read some of the horror stories on Ripoff report about them and will never shop there again and will tell everyone I know to steer clear of them.  Thank you.
