On May 11th, I placed an online order with Woman Within, two weeks ago. I have not been able to speak to a live customer representative about my order. I was given no delivery date. After emailing them, I got an automated response, "thank you for your patience...COVID 19...", with no information about my order status. They charged my debit card immediately, but I did;t get any updated information as to my order status. I find it hard to believe that "COVID" is the real reason for their website being down, and no one answering customer service number. I ordered clothes for summer. When will I get them? Christmas? Will I get them at all? This is ridiculous.
