I ordered a purse that was advertised as on clearance, was told the price was 19.95 completed the transaction.  About 2 days later I noticed they charged me 99.95. I contacted my card company who gave me a phone number to call them. The number doesn't work. Then I got a couple of emails saying my order was pending  then one stating my order was packed. 

Each time I responded using the email on the bottom of the notice questioning the amount i was charged.  Then telling them to cancel the order and refund my money.  I haven't received any response back. Then today I got an email stating order delayed because the courier misplaced the order.  They now say pick a bag as a token for the inconvenience. I have filed a dispute with my card company for a refund.
