Fraudulent Retailer!!!

 

DO NOT order anything from this site.  I placed an order for a dress on their webpage (for over $100) and I received a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DRESS in the mail.  It looks NOTHING like the one online.  It is CHEAP material and poorly made.  It doesn’t even have a BCBG tag or size on it.  The only similarity is it is black and long.  When I contacted the seller regarding this issue, this is what she wrote:

 

Hi friend

Sorry for the trouble.

We have checked with the express company and found they had mixed the goods and sent you a wrong order, sorry.

Can you keep the goods there and make use of it? It is still in good condition and you can use it, it is also look nice,

We will give you 40% off when you order from here next time, thanks!

I am in shock that she thinks anyone would be dumb enough to order from them ever again after being ripped off.  I wrote back stating I would not accept this dress and wanted the dress pictured on the website or my money back, and I have heard nothing from them since.  Now I have to open a fraud case with my bank.  DO NOT order from this site.  I looked for reviews before ordering and couldn’t find any.  I am hopeful people will read mine before making the same mistake.
