WONDERFILE RIP OFF!!!! Internet, Connecticut
I had purchased the folder today thinking I was buying one at 19.99 get second for just 6.99. I then ordered 1 black one for a gift. No where does it show your oder to make any necesarry changes. so once you put in your information to pay and click order. you now find out you just got ripped off . My whole bill is wrong. shows I ordered 2 sets of red and 1 set of black. Not even what I ordered . and charged me 41.94 for shipping, are you serious.. what happended to the 6.99 shipping? so I immediatly tried to contact the number they gave for thier customer service 203-306-5692. You get a message saying Please hold for the next Avaliable agent to assist you. thats when you realize your call has ended. My total bill for 3 folders is 101.94 Unbelivable. Hope captial one stands for its name and will be able to have this disputed.
